Nestled at 4000 feet above the snow line in the heart of the Stanislaus National Forest, our cozy home awaits on a tranquil cul-de-sac. Just 2.5 hours outside the Bay Area .Embrace the convenience of proximity to hiking trails, ski slopes, picturesque lake, charming wineries, grocery stores, and delightful restaurants. When you enter the cabin, you will find yourself in the bright and spacious entryway on the second floor where the kitchen, dining room, laundry room, living room, hall bathroom, spare bedroom and master suite are all located.

Kitchen- Recently updated with granite counter tops stainless steel appliances, large butcher block island with seating for four and much more. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to whip up a delicious meal including pots/pans, crock pot, waffle maker, blender, mixer, baking/cooking essentials, wine glasses, dishes for 14 and basic cleaning necessities. 

Dining room- large dining table with seating for 8. Coffee bar with coffee pot, Keurig machine, French press and starter supplies to enjoy a nice cup of coffee or some hot coco.

Laundry room- Washer and dryer with starter supply of laundry detergent/dryer sheets. Iron/ironing board and highchair also located in laundry room.

Living room- large windows to bring the outdoors in, Gas fireplace, 55" smart TV, and enough seating for everyone.

Hall bath- Updated full bathroom stocked with hand soap, bar body soap, shampoo/conditioner, Kleenex, starter supply of toilet paper, and towels/cloths for guest in spare bedroom.

Bedroom- Two full size beds, USB charging hub, and extra blankets and pillows located in closet.

Master Bedroom- Brand new Cal-King memory foam mattress, 50" smart TV, USB charging pods, attached remodeled bathroom with large shower stocked with hand soap, bar body soap, shampoo/conditioner, Kleenex, starter supply of toilet paper and towels/cloths. You can also find a playpen in closet (please bring your own sheet/blankets for playpen).

Down the spiral staircase you will find a large game room, 2 bedrooms, and a full bathroom.

Game Room: Pool table, air hockey, card table, Arcade (has 6k+ games), puzzles/games, bar with seating for four, gas fireplace and access to patio  

Bedroom #1- Brand new Cal-King memory foam mattress, 50" smart TV, USB charging hub, extra blankets/pillows in closet and a playpen (you will need to provide sheets/blankets for playpen if you want to use it).

Bedroom #2- Two twin size bunk beds, futon (you will need to provide sheets/blankets if you want to use this as a bed), 50" smart TV, extra blankets in the dresser.

Bathroom- Updated full bath with tub/shower combo and stocked with hand soap, bar body soap, shampoo/conditioner, Kleenex, starter supply of toilet paper and towels/cloths for downstairs guests.

Outdoors- There is a front deck with a swing and a perfect view to watch the sunsets. There is also an updated back deck with outdoor table with seating for 8 and a propane BBQ. Feel free to play a game of horseshoes in the backyard or basketball in the front driveway.

The cabin has enough parking for 4 cars on the driveway. Our neighborhood does not allow street parking.

During winter months you will either need 4-wheel drive or chains if there is snow.

We do have a plow service however they are not on a schedule so you may need to use the shovel by the garage to clear a path.

Our house is child friendly, but it is not child proof.

Our house provides linens however any extra blankets that you pull out of the closet we request you wash before you leave.
